Each owner sets their own cancellation policy for their boat, shown on that boat's listing page. There are three policy tiers available on the platform:

Flexible

Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your charter.

Moderate

Full refund up to 7 days before; 50% refund within 7 days.

Strict

Full refund up to 30 days before; no refund within 30 days.
